Athenaeum Holiday Apartments enjoy a peaceful yet central location in the heart of Kato Pafos, and are ideal for couples and individuals seeking a truly memorable holiday.
Our location really does offer it all, and while staying here you can choose to do as much or as little as you like. If all you want to do is switch off and relax, our pool area is perfect for soaking up the Cyprus sun, however if you do decide to venture out, you can rest assured there is lots on offer, all within a 5 minute walk.
Kato Paphos offers an excellent choice of blue flag sandy beaches and there are several within just 500m of the apartments.
A few minutes walk will take you to the newly pedestrianised seafront with its palm lined promenade and picturesque fishing harbour which is host to a plethora of waterside cafes and restaurants serving the catch of the day.
Eating out is one of the highlights of every holiday and Athenaeum Holiday Apartments are just 100m from some of the best restaurants in Paphos, such as the Almond Tree and Chez Alex (fish tavern) which are so well renowned that they are mentioned in several guide books to Cyprus. You will soon see that there is no shortage of good restaurants nearby and within 200m you will find a diverse range of cuisine on offer including Cypriot, Italian, Indian, Chinese and Japanese to name but a few.
