

Simple Procedure
Booking one of our holiday rental apartments is so quick and easy. We are currently undergoing some major improvements to our booking procedure and very soon all of our guests will be able to book their holiday accommodation completely online (Please see end of page for details on how this will work). In the meantime, please follow these simple steps to make your booking...
1. Contact us by sending an e-mail to enquiries@ahacyprus.com or calling 00357 97 671 620. Please state the apartment type you wish to book, arrival and departure dates and the number of guests in your booking party. We respond very quickly to all of our enquiries.
2. Fill out the booking form.
We will send you a booking form and details of our terms and conditions. Please fill out the booking form and return it to us by e-mail. We will also send you an invoice for your booking deposit.
3. Make a Payment for your booking deposit
To secure your booking we require a 50% booking deposit. This can be paid either in Sterling or Euros by credit or debit card or with your PayPal account.
4. Your booking will then be confirmed by us and you will be given directions to the apartment from the airport and details for your key collection.
Payments
Booking Deposit
This will incur a small fee. Our prices are quoted in Euros, so exchange rates are set by the bank.
Balance Payment
The 50% balance is payable in cash in Euros on your arrival, together with any extra services you have ordered such as taxi transfers, shopping for your arrival or WiFi.
Security Deposit
We take a deposit of GBP 200.00 from every booking party (per apartment) to insure against any damages that may occur to the property and/or its contents during your stay. Security deposits should be paid 1 week prior to your arrival and will be returned within a few hours of your departure. You will receive a reminder and payment invoice when the deposit is due, which you can settle by credit or debit card or by PayPal. Provided that no damages have occurred the deposit will be returned in full and security deposit payments will not incur a fee.
Booking Confirmation
Once we have received your booking form and 50% booking deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation and directions to the apartment from the airport for those of you who have chosen not to use our taxi transfer service.
Key Collection
We live in the apartment block, so will be here to meet you on your arrival, give you your keys and show you around your apartment. We will also be on hand should you need anything during your stay.

Online Booking Procedure - Coming soon!
All of our guests will soon be able to book their holiday rental accommodation completely online by following these simple steps...
1. Check Availability and prices for the apartment type you wish to book (Studio or 1-Bedroom Apartment)*.
This is done by clicking the button 'Avail & Prices' and selecting dates on the calendar for the relevant property. Prices will show as you hover the mouse over your required dates. Alternatively there is an option at the top of the calendar to click to see prices for the whole year.
2. Select your arrival and departure dates.
You will then be given a booking summary with the total cost and you will be asked to input some basic information about your booking, for example the number of people in your booking party etc.
3. Fill out and submit the online booking form.
Here you will be able to view our terms and conditions.
4. Make a Payment for your booking deposit
This can be done by credit or debit card or with your PayPal account
5. Your booking will then be confirmed by us and you will be given directions to the apartment from the airport and details for your key collection.
Please note that all bookings are provisional until confirmed by us.
* When selecting your desired apartment, you will be able to select either ground or first floor for both property types (Studio & 1-Bedroom Apartment). We will note your preference, however on occasion during busy periods we do have to move bookings from ground floor to first floor or vice versa. This allows us to be very flexible and offer as many available dates as possible, so you should have no problem securing the dates you require.
