1-Bedroom Apartments (sleep 2-4 Adults)
These luxury 1-bedroom apartments enjoy an open plan living area and are well equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering holiday. The apartments are designed in a contemporary style and are furnished to an excellent standard. We have two 1-bedoom apartments available for holiday rental, on the ground and first floor. Both are within the same small block of just 6 units.
Bedroom:
1-Bedroom apartments have a spacious bedroom with a choice of twin or double (King size) bed. Bedside tables and lamp. Fitted wardrobe with safety deposit box and full length mirror. Iron, ironing board and airer. Air conditioning. Patio door leading out to private veranda which catches the morning sun. Black out curtains.
Bathroom:
Large bathroom with bath / shower, shaver socket, wc, wash basin.
Kitchen area:
Stylish open-plan kitchen area with electric oven, touch screen electric hob, full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and integrated washing machine. Well equipped with all you will need to enjoy a self catering holiday. Dining table and chairs.
Lounge area:
Overlooking pool with 3-seater double sofabed and 2-seater sofa. 20" flat screen colour TV with Sky, DVD player with USB input, stereo with CD player and USB input. Patio doors leading out to large private veranda overlooking pool. Air conditioning.
Veranda:
Generous sunny veranda overlooking the pool with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Sunbeds and parasols are provided for use around the pool area. Terraces overlook the pool and catch the sun from noon til sunset. Atmospheric night lighting in the pool and communal areas provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening.

No pets. No children under 8 years of age. As a courtesy to our non-smoking guests, please do not smoke inside the apartment. Air conditioning (included in price). Heating for winter months (included in price). Wifi available at a small daily or weekly charge. Iron, ironing board and airer in each apartment. Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). Linen and towels are changed weekly.
